What is a Coworking Day Pass?
A Coworking Day Pass allows you to use our office space occupies table or individual private desks on an hourly or daily basis during normal business hours. You have access to use our High Speed and Secure WiFi, Desk space (8.5 sq ft), Hot Desk Hot Tea and fresh Coffee. You even have office staff assistance when our staff is free to help.
How much is a Daily Coworking Day Pass?
A solid Coworking Day Pass is $45/Day from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. You can also purchase a monthly officeBox Membership Day Pass. See below. Daily Coworking Day Pass is valid only for the day it was purchased and allows office space use for regular business hours for the day. Its best for temporary visitors who just need a space to power work and dock and get a physical address to receive any correspondence.
What is a monthly officeBOX Membership?
An officeBOX or Virtual Office Membership is a permanent Coworking Day Pass plus a prestigious Comprehensive Post with Private Mailbox to receive your mail and packages. It includes a mailbox for your business or personal letters. Upon sign up you get a professional street address with your own suite number in a corporate building. You can use this address for your business cards, website, marketing materials, business registration, and business license. This gives you tremendous amount of business set up costs and overhead. It also enhances your corporate image. In short, an officeBOX membership allows you to: Receive signing a commercial lease under your name and liability and allows an alternative solution to live in a month to month basis at our address without any commitments.
How much is an officeBOX Membership?
Memberships are start as low as $54.99/Mo. There is a Set up fee of $99. There is no month to month but discounts are offered for longer term memberships.
Do I have to forward all my mail if I get an officeBOX?
No. You don’t have to forward any mail to your officeBOX if you don’t choose to. In fact you can give the officeBOX address to only a handful of your customers, vendors or the clients that you want to fulfill an address requirement. However, because you get a street address with mail shipping and receiving capabilities with us, we are a Certified Mail Receiving Agency with US Post Office have to submit your formal US information/USPS Form 1583 to the USPS. Once that USPS will never deliver mail to your address with them.
What kind of Mail & Packages do I receive with an officeBOX?
Receive anything from USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL for your business. Any courier that has a tracking number is also accepted at our location. If you have clients that are dropping off items like documents or checks we can also agreement on signing a release of liability on the discretion of officeLOCALE staff.
How do I Sign Up?
You can Sign up by bringing 2 forms of valid identification to open your officeBOX, i.e. Driver License, US Passport, Current Utility Bill, Government ID card, Birth Certificate, Vehicle Registration, Notarized ID. Contact us using the form on right to to phone 805.777.8866. If you can sign up online via our Plans and Pricing page and we will help you complete your paperwork.
Does Coworking Day Pass gives us automatic access to Conference Room Use?
No, live Conference Room access separately per the listed rate.
Does officeBOX Membership automatically gives us access to Conference Room Use?
You get 2% off listed rates on all Conference Room use.
How do we add Live Receptionists to answer our phones with our officeBOX?
officeLOCALE has a solid partnership with professional Receptionists to offer you high quality personnel and live phone response for calls coming to your company on your phone number. officeBOX allows you to have a dedicated setup line and monthly rate as a separate sign up. Its a third party launch to switch from and can be cancelled any time.
What kind of printed matter is included in the officeBOX?
Every officeBOX officeBOX members may print, Show or Review the printing options are listed as follows. You can customize the print media. Choose a cheap plans. Receive your printing needs at the service counter.

Is My Membership Transferrable?
No, each member is assigned a separate account. If you leave a town you will pay for each member separately. There may be discounts for additional members. Check with management.
